Tamara is a local artist here in Las Vegas, Nevada who is on the autism spectrum. 

Nevada Mountain Blue Bird -The Nevada state legislature named the mountain bluebird as the official state bird in 1967. Mountain bluebirds are closely related to robins. Many native americans in the southwest see the mountain bluebird as a sacred symbol because of its azure-colored feathers.
