What does "all different abilities" mean?

Technically, it means all disabilities. We like to say "all different abilities" because we believe everyone is CapAble, here at FillAble!

What is FillAble's Return Policy?

You may return unused CapAble store products, within 30 days of receiving the product for an exchange of size or store credit. Please note that due to the unique fulfillment process, all returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.  

Why do I have to pay tax on my order?

FillAble is a for-profit business in Nevada; therefore, we pay sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within Nevada. 

Are the young adults with disabilities paid for working?

Yes! If after completing the Internship training the applicant is hired by FillAble, the position is paid! 

Can I just pick up my order? 

Not yet. We hope to have that option in the future. At the moment, we are focused on fulfillment and shipping. Picking up an order would defeat the purpose of the training process.     

How can I sell my non-profit merchandise in the FillAble Store?

We offer consignment and drop shipping options for all non-profits and agencies offering services to the community. Please feel free to send an email to aimee@fillableusa.com with your organizations information to get the process started.
