FillAble provides inclusive programs where young adults with all different abilities can gain useful skills, confidence and possible employment. Our programs include basic transferable skills, workplace etiquette and expectations relevant to any employment opportunity.

FILLABLE PROGRAMS

EmployAble Program: 1 hr shift once a week $40 (24-36 weeks)

Goal = To prepare adults with disabilities for the basic expectations of becoming employable.

Personalized intake process to understand the applicants skill sets, strengths and needs.

CapAble Program: 1 hr shift once a week $45 / 2 hr shift once a week $75 (ongoing)

Goal = To provide an age appropriate adaptive environment for young adults with disabilities to build confidence and gain transferable skills in a team environment. This program also has options to graduate into an Internship here at FillAble!

Goal = To provide an age appropriate adaptive environment for young adults with disabilities to thrive. This program is for applicants who may not be looking for employment but are still interested in building confidence, learning transferable skills and socializing with peers.

Audible Music Program: 1 hr session once a week $50

Goal = Utilizing music to engage adults with disabilities in a learning and creative environment. Benefits can include improved memory, reduced anxiety, improved coping, reduced stress, improved self-esteem and increased smiles.

Basic music instruction, beginner to intermediate
Piano, guitar, drums and ukulele available to play and learn
Standard music reading or adaptive music reading
Music lesson tailored to applicant’s skill set

Makers & Artists Entrepreneurs Program: 1 hr shift once a week $50

Goal = To help teach artists and makers, interested in becoming entrepreneurs, how to turn their ideas and/or talents into viable products.

**Applicant must also be enrolled in one of the 3 vocational programs (EmployAble, CapAble, or DependAble) to qualify for the Entrepreneurs program. This program is customized directly to each applicant and includes instruction, and mentorship outside of in-class times.
